Hello everyone,

Hope business is picking up for you. So, I am doing some research, went and used the search tool on this forum, and wasn't able to really find a solid answer. First, I do understand that some of you may still be using paper-based solutions. That is totally fine. Especially if you work by yourself in your own business or with just a few people. Otherwise, you may want to be all up in that technology on all fours like in a crawl space :P

I am trying to build reliable list of home inspection software and get your reviews, which we can keep updated here together. Simply reply with which ever I may be missing.

So far, here is what I found:

Hey there, I am Junior, I do research all day all week about the north american inspection market.
And in my findings I found these pieces of software, so I thought:" might as well share it " and see if there is any feedback or input into this list.

Anything I read in this forum, I use to learn.
All I learn, I try to share.

Do you use software or paper for your inspections?

Cheers,

-J

I think that most current clients demand a more modern and up-to-date method of reporting, IMHO.

And nothing prevents you from allowing people to print, or print as per need.

Agreed. :)

What do you use?

I recommend you contacting Brian, click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom, and change your name to your real name (we use real names here) if you expect anyone to take you and what you are saying/asking as being real and not just phishing.

It's one of the considerations we give each other ... our real names and businesses.
