What kind of stucco is this ?

What kind of stucco is this ? Very hard material, with metal weep screed at bottom. Is this traditional stucco-hard coat in pictures ?

What is your role in this, are you the general home inspector?
if you can't identify this "Stucco" you should recommend a stucco inspection by a certified stucco inspector.
The EDI has many certified stucco, EIFS, and MSV inspectors listed on their website and probably one in your area or not too far away. Check out the website
