Hey guys

Have a townhouse i wrote up for improper bonding on CSST pipe--the csst manifold is in furnace closet and there is nothing to bond manifold to--only black iron on furnace---water shut off valve is in next room over and it is copper. Is that an option because running back to meter is one extensive project.

thanks

If by "water shutoff" you mean the water entrance, and the water lateral is >= 20 ' copper, that has to be part of the grounding electrode system. If the furnace is fed by black iron but there is a halfway modern circuit feeding igniter, blower, etc, you have the equipment grounding conductor from that.
