I'm looking to sell my home inspection business. It would involve training, apprenticeship, and sale.
I've read some past posts where people think the only value is the "inspector" and not the business per se, but our state licensing requires training and mentoring for a substantial period of time and inspections. Certainly there is value here with training, established business referrals and web presence.
Any war stories or advice from those that have tried?
