ASHI's Auxiliary Standards of Professional Practice for Residential Deck Inspections talks in 11.1 about writing up ?excessive loads such as spas and hot tubs.?

Anyone know if there is documented history of accident incidence, where such equipment led to or, for a less determinate term, was associated with collapses?
