For starters, primary condensate drain untrapped and improperly connected, secondary not connected, looks like incorrect materials used to seal various penetrations at the "A coil" housing, suspicious discoloration at draft hood... got a wider angel pic of the entire installation?

I really like the tape holding the wires on the front of the furnace cabinet.;)

That's what I always used to tell my clients 'Do not use whoever the seller has been using ... THEY created all these problems, why would you expect them to know or understand how to correct the problems'.

Looks like single walled vent connector stuffed onto a B-vent reducer.
Yes, the acrylic adhesive in that tape will eventually fail and those wires will fall down.
