Danny, I just switched from FREA to the Allen claims made policy. I found them to be the best deal at this time.

Look at Business Risk Partners (BRP), I switched to them this year after being with FREIA for about seven years. Side note: If you belong to ASHI they have an special policy that has several added benifits including general liability, corporate coverage and radon coverage to mention a few and not additional cost.
