OREP is offering $1M with a 5K deductible for 2200 plus fees. This is around 1K less than FREA. I'm due to renew this summer and wondering if its worth moving over. OREP is offering prior acts.

Thanks

If one shops around it is not hard to find a lower price policy. I really like the option to have a higher deductible, this is what saves you big time. The E&O providers who do not offer a high deductible option warn folks that they are dangerous to have. What a crock! If I could find a $10,000 deductible I would have one on my E&O.

What Scott said.
Just about every insurance company I know of gives prior acts.

It's not dangerous to have a high deductible. If you never get sued. Actually, it's not dangerous to go without insurance if you never get sued. But it can happen at any time. Just a matter of how big and when. Different schools of insurance thought when it comes to deductibles. I can see the advantages and disadvantages both high and low deductibles.

John, give me a call if you want. I will discuss the differences in policies with you. 1-800-882-4410 ext. 104
