In my opinion, the boyfriend should not be charged.

She made the decision to sit or not sit on the toilet just like a drunk chooses to either drive or not drive. This woman has obvious mental issues, but if you blame her boyfriend for her actions, you may as well blame yourself if you have ever seen anyone get behind the wheel after having a drink or 2 ( or 8 ).


The only thing that he should have done differently, in my opinion, is to have her comitted to a psych ward years ago.

I just read last night where the Sheriff is recommending prosecution but the DA has not decided. Obviously some mental issue going on there somewhere.
