I'm an ex commercial real estate broker as well as a former licensed journeyman electrician with experience in large commercial/industrial settings. After seeing hundreds of home inspections and witnessing the nightmare an inspector missed in my basement I hope to make home inspection a retirement occupation.

You'll learn you have to deal with all the "Corporate America" A-holes who now want look down their noses at you and treat you like your in the "Service Industry".

But hey thats OK.

I have no problem taking their checks with proper proof of ID of course. :D
