My other job is a fireman in Dallas near the high 5 (LBJ/Central). I make a run on a motorcycle crash about once a week (keep in mind I work 24on/48off shifts - so other shifts are making them too). Yesterday's perp lost a lot of skin, but nothing broken; however, I've got 0 compassion (actually less) for these guys and much anger -- especially when they involve another vehicle.

The one prior to yesterday was doing wheelies down LBJ and clipped a car causing him to lose control. Did I mention he was drunk? He had 2 broken legs and missing quite a bit of skin. He wanted to get up and leave the scene. We told him he could leave, if he could get up. :)
