This is a dry system, front of tile at eaves fastened with clips; backs nailed to ledger boards over felt; fancy tile roof about 18 yrs old. I call it bird blocking but it probably has a more technical name. There was none installed here. What can I say about it? Problem?

There are three terms, used mostly interchangeably:
- Bird stop
- Eave closure strip
- Eave riser strip
The last two are frequently used as: eave riser / eave closure strip.

Unnecessary roughness, feathers were ruffled and flying, 15 yards (no TP).
