Whatever goals Mr. Patterson has would surly fall short when you take a proctored test and have to show your 250 inspections!!!

It appears to me that Scott's only goal is to cram the NHIE into whatever crevice (http://www.answers.com/topic/crevice?cat=technology) it will fit. :)

Time for you to take the blinders off! Face it, when licencing comes to Quebec Nachi will not have any relevance. The writing is on the wall. Nick and party can't even speak french except to ask for french fries. :D
