high side line cold

I tested a variable speed trane unit and it had a cold and sweating high side line at the handler. The delta T was 20 degrees 54 and 74 split. The high side line at the condenser was warm. The line stretches about 60 feet between the handler and condenser. I have never had this scenario before. I have when there was a poor delta T but never a 20 degree split. Any thoughts on why this is occuring and still getting a good split?
