Another problem (or not ... depending on how soon that room on posts falls down) is that if that is a bedroom opening to the room on posts, then that door used to serve as the EERO and opened (probably) to a deck, however, now it opens to another room ... and that's a no-no.

'Course, though, when that room falls down, that problem goes away. ;)
