I have been having problems with my duplexing unit on my HPK550dtn with regard to paper jams.
when I am duplexing (2 sided) for brochures, it seems to jam about every 8-10 pages.
any of you have this printer and know what causes it to jam this way? Any help would be appreciated.

HP printers are basically garbage. Get a Canon and you'll be much happier.

Jerry,
I'm not familiar with the cannon printers, but the HP I have is the fastest color printer on the market in it's price range about 35ppm.
Generaly, it has been a good printer for me and have put 8,000-10,000 copies through it so far.
Since this is what I have, I'd like to know if there is a fix for the duplex jamming paper before I consider another printer.

Walter,
I agree with Jerry. HP printers are junk. I bought a Canon printer and it will dance around the HP all day without any problems.
If you have printed 10K copies on the HP, its probably considered a antique now or at least 6 months old and considered outdated in todays market.
