spa pump pressure switch in panel

I guess this is called a presssure switch. It activated the spa jet pump when i depressed the air switch. I am fairly confident it should not be inside this panel, but why?

Mainly because the panel is not listed for being used as an enclosure for that contactor (or things like that it).

I also see (as I am sure you did) multiple tapped neutral, multiple tapped breaker and feeders which are likely too small for the terminals they are in.
