Any comments on this plumbing job.
There are no leaks at current, but something just doesn't seem right.:D

But it is Leaking. ( Carbon monoxide. )

I'd write it for the Safety Hazard & Apparent Amateur Installation to be corrected by a licensed plumber.

Maybe I should have said no water leaks.
But you are right I did write it up for possible Carbon Monoxide leaks.

I really like the bonding clamp on the plastic pipe.
Kendall, you really need to work on your flash photography:D

The smaller line is actually to the Ice Maker on the Refrigerator.
The other line disappears into the wall and I could not trace where it goes. Nobody else seems to have a clue.

No kidding. For some reason I could not get this one to come out right.
I took about 4 different photos and this was the best.

First, that vent has fallen to one side.

Second, all those plumbing lines need to be supported properly before bending like that.

Third, that plumbing needs to be protected from the vent heat (6" clearance from the draft hood minimum)

Where is the T&P?

Second line is probably swamp cooler, maybe no longer in use?

"Amature installation at water heater. Among the deficiencies/deficiencies include improper pipe support and/or clearance to vent and improper venting/risk of carbon monoxide for example. Recommend full review of water heater system and repair as needed by licensed plumbing contractor experienced and licensed for gas fired systems"

There are problems with the door framing, but luckliy it does open away from the WH.:D
