The incoming electrical service comes to this panel first from the meter base mounted to the right of this picture. The only breakers in this panelo are for the pool equipment. Is it acceptable to splice the cables as shown? These cables are routed to the main (or in this case sub panel) mounted in the garage on the other side of the home. There is also a third panel powered from this panel, is it still called a sub panel? Or something else, being that it is the third panel on the system?
