What is the correct term, for the entire assembly, for an interior meter panel assembly served by a single separate service disconnect panel and having multiple meters each with a matching a disconnect for the load-side panel in the condominium unit it serves?

I think the correct term is "meter center", with a common term being "meter bank" depending on locality.
