For those of you that have attended my Cost Of Business seminars and use the Cost Of Business (http://www.costofbusiness.com) software to help calculate what your inspection fees need to be to cover ALL of your expenses and produce a profit, you know how much I stress the importance of disability coverage. Very few inspectors carry disability and there are many who don't even have basic heath coverage. The number one reason for this is..... "I can't afford it". That is most likely because they have not included it (with so many other expenses) in their Cost Of Business (http://www.costofbusiness.com/).

The article below is another example of the importance of having disability coverage.

Could you end up like Ed McMahon? (http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=T&ct=us/0-0&fd=R&url=http://yourbiz.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/06/06/1115270.aspx&cid=0&ei=LExJSJXKIIGM8QTJlK3PAQ&usg=AFrqEzfQ8vN5VlJvwerpQr6QqkLvRgfFGg)

I was up in his neighborhood last year dong some stalking myself. :D

Actually just sightseeing.

With him living next to Britney Spears is not helping his matter out of selling his home.

It was like 7pm. when we were by the home and their had to be a couple hundred of papparazi's out there in front of her home.

Sorry, but I can't feel to sorry for these folks who live up in the Hills that paid way too much for their homes in the first place.

What is he 80 some years old? That's just pathetic. Didn't he win like 7 million in a lawsuit a few years ago? Even if he only got half of that, where the hell did it go? Living below your means is a lost concept on a lot of people.

I hope I am not still needing to work at 85! It would be great to be able to work and still want to work at that age, but needing to work in order to keep from loosing your house is not how I want to spend my golden years.

Did you get a look at the sour puss on his wifes face. She spent all the dough and now has nothing except Ed bouncing her on his lap and yelling
HHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! !

I don't think Ed's broken neck and not working has anything to do with his financial problems? When one lives beyond their means and the out-goes exceeds in-flows, well the piper still has to be paid. Living adjacent to the Spears must be a real gag and seriously, does anybody actually care what she do, did, does, don’t do?
