go to the plumbers warehouse in your area and ask them for a TPR valve to fit your water heater.

Faye,
Welcome to our family.
MACT water heater?
Is that a brand?
Over heat, MACT stands for "Maximum Achievable Control Technology" and is an effort to reduce emissions of toxic air pollutants, usually referring to process heaters.

With no information on size, input Btu rating, etc., we cannot recommend anything other than going to the major T&P Relief valve manufacturer: Watts Regulator Company - Plumbing, Heating and Water Quality Products Manufacturer (http://www.watts.com/)
Forgive some of the other posters here as they tend to jump on things out of the ordinary without first finding anything out about it.
Contact Watts at the link above, they make T&P relief valves for almost every conceivable use.

Ms. Young,
I see you are in China; we may not fully understand your question. Are you asking where the TPR on your water heater is located? Or where you can purchase one?
Is this a residential unit or commercial?
