A lady asked me to flood the window well to see if it would leak into the basement or drain into the sump, the realtor was in favor of the test. I told them Home Inspectors are not in the business of flooding window well, next it will be a stick of dynamite to check the foundation. Neither agent or buyer was a blonde., figure that?
