My pepper plants have taken off, so Saturday was roasting, seeding and freezing them. Did two batches Saturday and looks like I will have more by next week.

Chili verde coming up soon.

You'd fit right in here. That's a great part of fall in NM. Are those Big Jim's? That's one of my favorite green chiles.

It's mid July in Chicago and my pepper plants are finally getting small buds.
