I guess I must be blind or living in a shell. You would think one would have heard of them before.

#0 plus million this year to do a quickie inspection or I also read getting the homes ready . Kind of a question of ethics there. I inspect the home and get the home ready for the market.

I guess I will have to read it again. I think that's what it said or implied.

If they made $30,000,000 divided by 1.5 million inspection, that is how much per inspection??????

National Field Representatives performs field services for the Mortgage industry. This includes default mortgage inspections (contact or non-contact) and property preservation (securing, winterizing, etc.) throughout the United States.

Not really home inspections, they work for the banks.

Per my last finger count, that is 20.00 per inspection. Sign me up.

This is the field service company that pays $15 for photos and a small exterior visual condition of the property. They are charging the client upwards of $125 per house. I discovered this several months back when I was talking with a banker that I do a good number of draw inspections for. He said that they had just signed a year contract with them for this service on all of the REO's. He was telling me in not so many words that I needed to increase my fee for my draw inspections! I took his unspoken advice!

My sentiments exactly Rick. It comes to 20 per inspection. Obviously they are leaving a set of figures out of the equation.

I just received a call from ISD or ISDN inspection services out of Arizona about draw inspections. Have not received the info yet but was wondering if anyone ever heard of them.
