I have it. Got it a few months ago. Caveat is that your computer has to be on 24/7. Otherwise it works. My family uses it as a back up home phone. I don't use it as a business phone.

We use it to make LD calls at home. This reduces our cell phone minutes and have gone to a less expensive plan.

Ours works well.
