Hi,
New one on me, its the breaker in the middle with the red lights on it. I have not seen this type of breaker before. It is a double 120v surge protection breaker. Does anyone know if it is hooked up properly? It has the white wire from the breaker going to the neutral/ground bar.
Thanks, Lee

From the photo it looks to be 90% correct.

The 10% part not correct is that the neutral is supposed to be cut to as short as possible. All surge protectors need the neutral as short as possible for the best protection (at least all I've seen have stated that).

Thank-you Jerry, I will include that in my report.

Don't forget that exposed NM cable and those staples.

Looks like a couple of the neutrals and grounds may be "double lugged" as well...

But that don't bother everyone!

You are also supposed to avoid sharp bends in the wires. These instructions are for a transient surge suppressor mounted exterior to the panel, but the instructions for breakers which I've seen have a similar caution.
