Home staging for Real Estate Sale
Do you ever inspect a home that seems to be in need of a little extra TLC to get buyers interested? I am not referring to those issues that require a carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. But rather those areas involving "clutter", "cleaning", "organizing" and removal of excess personal decorative items. My business offers this type of service and I am interested in perhaps networking with inspectors and the like to assist homeowners to get their property sold. Any pearls of wisdom or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Have a nice day!

Staging is basically like putting lipstick on a pig. :D

Rick,

Of course, but, the pig *looks* better. :p

That's what gets the buyer to make the offer ... the buyer then gets us (HIs) to *undress* the pig and get it ready for butchering time. :D
