I have been inspecting residential properties for quite some time and are now beginning to concider Lite Commercial inspections as well. We have no special licensing requirements in MS for inspecting commercial properties as there are for residential. I was contacted today about inspecting a 6,500 sf 2 story church property. Can some of you veteran inspectors offer me any advise as to how to begin the quoting process? Thank you!

Thanks Jerry for the link. Can you tell me were to find a copy of the latest ASTM standards. I have arranged a walk through of the property to help me understand what I'm quoting. Does anyone have a sample commercial PCA report or an inspection agreement I could look at? My standard residential we obviously need to be revised. If I understand correctly, there are certain areas of the inspection that I should not report on such as ADA, etc. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated.
