This isn't a walkway in that it's not paved but it is the only way around the house on one side. The compressor is well within the 3 feet but I'm thinking that's just concern with combustible things.

It just seems odd and potentially wrong... any comments?

Typical install here, the structure is required to have the setback from the lot line but I know of no restriction on appurtenances.

No way would I report on lot line issues.

How the flip does the HVAC Tech work on this installation when it needs serviced ?

By banging into the house and the fence ... makes the service cost go up.

There are no setback requirements on appliances or equipment like that - it *could be* set just this side of the property line and be okay (with the code, which are, as we frequently state, *minimum*).

That liquid tight conduit needs to be secured to the concrete pad (within 12" of its termination).

Looks like one of those 'flotation devices' used to save condenser units in floods. :)

Does not look properly anchored down either, not if in Florida anyway. (I know, Matt is not in Florida, but that was for the Florida guys looking at it.)
