Dryer venting too close to the condensing unit has been resolved with a little Southern Technology. :rolleyes:

Maybe they thought it was the dryer drain. Dang ! All thet water gutta gew soomwhere ain't it?

A&M grads do home improvement projects too. An A&M guy would have just moved the condensing unit.

That is what Rick was pointing out ... that the condenser unit *was* "moved".

Just 'where it was moved' to is unknown. :D

No RGs on those roofs, when it rains that moat between the buildings will fill up not to mention flooding the ACs.

Jerry P, I was referring to the first photo when I said an Aggie would move the compressor.

Jerry M, it doesnt rain much in Texas. Not much over about 4' a year in Houston.
