No, no, no. It's so you can flip it with your toe when your hands are full. Specially designed. ;)

This one requires a bit more foot dexterity, but I don't think a mouse could operate it. Maybe a dog or cat.

BTW, arent mouse switches mounted inside the walls?

Probably a lawyers house. He flips it when he slithers by.:)
