I can imagine this conversation happening on the jobsite:
Electrician to Journeyman: "The stairwell is going to be right here, so I need you to place the GR where the AHJ will see it"

What is there,about 3 feet or so in the ground??? All I have to say it's not kosher.:mad: Time to drive 2- ALL THE WAY into the ground since 250.56 would come into play ..... May not have been required when it was done, it will now.:D
