Rat's nest

I am interested in your thoughts on this panel. I feel it requires sorting out to say the least. A generator has been added without separate panel. The wires laying right up against the connections to the breakers and the fact that there is just a rat's nest concern me and I would appreciate your opinions. Thanks, Wayne

There are some wire fill issues in the gutter, plus a number of different manufacturers breakers in that panel, and thats being kind on my part.:D
