New ski lift? I heard that's how they did it in our town the last time we put up a lift, but it was the year before we moved here.

I've seen where helecopters are used to set AC units on tall buildings.

But then again sometimes it goes right.
I was involved in placing about 15 units on a theater in Harlingen, TX several years ago in a past life. Smooth as silk and quicker than hell.
About 4 minutes per unit from liftoff to being back to pick up another unit.
Cost about $10,000 bucks for the helicopter. But it was cheaper than using a crane and the associated manpower and manhours.
