Have you seen a deck you couldn't pick on?

This is the first mid- span cantilever I can remember running across.

This is also the first inspection I have done in Nehalem (yeah, the one at the coast:rolleyes: )--- the traveling a guy will do when things are slow.........

I should have charged more for the drive-- 4 hours round trip. These client's didn't want to use any of the local inspectors, as they were worried they would belong to the good old boy's club.

PS: At least your ledger was bolted and not ripped down to 1" thick. Anyone know a reason to rip a ledger to make it thinner?
