Thought you would all enjoy this nice bath fan installation from today's inspection, quality work inside and out! Switch right next to the tub, and light duty extension cord from the ceiling light fixture run through metal raceway to the fan.

Wow, thats a top notch install job! Is that genuine duct tape used as flashing on the outside wall? Is that the real Mccoy?

Aint no way any water could work its way under that "flashing" And I use the term flashing in its loosest sense!

I'm sure the agent thought it was just great.
As a reminder (only because I often times forget to add it in) lots of the bath fans, especially the cheap ones aren't rated/designed for vertical installation. I've seen many that say something like 'only for ceiling install'
