My son-in-law had everything done in a couple of days.

From what he has told me is that Parr is very disorganized and PB is doing a much better job. He also said that may of the people that signed up with Parr had electronically signed the background check form and that FEMA was sending those back to Parr for a pen and ink signature.

He is down near Lake Charles LA.
