Flange Pipe is what I've always called it. Never been taken to court for doing so. :)

Shower head arm or neck. I've heard it called both.

It reaches out like an 'arm', however, the 'head' is mounted to the 'neck'.

Shower arm or gooseneck. The second one might be my term, not sure.

Shower arm.

If you ever get stuck on terminology, walk the aisles of Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Soon afterward - you can refer to that component as a 1/2-inch x 6-inch chrome plated shower arm with an escutcheon. Impresses your friends and will make others yawn.
