Texas TREC Approves new SOP & 7A-1 form
The Texas Real Estate Commission met today in Austin, TX (10-27-08) and approved the new SOP and 7A-1 report format.
Mandatory compliance is set for 02/01/2009.

Nolan...the 'official' position of the Inspector Committee is to wait at least until the promulgated 7A-1 form and final SOP are officially posted on the TREC website which may be several weeks. I would certainly not recommend using any of the versions floating around right now, i.e. the SOP posted on the TREC website right now is definitely not the latest and greatest.
