Thread: New Maryland Requirement

I just heard that home inspector licensing in Maryland will require the applicant to pass the NHIE.

It wasn't required when I got my license but I took it for good measure anyway. Compared to other HI tests I had taken, the NHIE was more difficult.

Just thought I'de pass the info along.

Taking the Examination - Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors
