Depends on the inspector. The more experience and education they have, the more they're paid. You're better off working for yourself. You wouldn't make much with us.

Ken how many of your inspectors are licensed? or have taken the national exam. just wondering because MN. does not require license yet. but if ya should happen to jump into WI. you do need the license. Hopefully you stay in MN.

Nationally all of our inspectors are licensed where they need to be. Here in MN all but one are ASHI Certified Inspectors, one is Internachi. All have passed the NHIE.
