    Default Boulder, CO Rental Inspections

    Does anyone here have any experience doing inspections in Boulder? I was looking into doing rental property inspections, but found that a contractor license is required. From Boulder's website, it would appear that anyone doing inspections in Boulder would also need a contractor's license. Is that the case, or am I misreading something?
