Thread: Certification Exam Recommendation

I am currently a Building Inspector for a local municipality. I have a Master Code Professional certification from ICC and a Master Electrician License.
I am looking to start my own Home Inspection business here in northern WV.
The state requires to pass either the EPBHI exam OR the NAHI exam.

My question to you experienced folks is, which one would you recommend?

I recently passed the NAHI CRI test. It is a very different test from the NHIE. They are a little like apples and oranges. The CRI test is heavily weighted to practice and SoP. The NHIE is more weighted to the technical aspects of home inspecting.
