Anybody seen a Televator yet?
I finally ran into one yesterday.
Pain in the ass to open and close, narrow access, didn't feel safe at all.
Fat Boys will have trouble with it!

They need that to get out to home owners. I doubt if the builders would put them in. When the builders just put a hatch in it is one in a long line of things they do to cut down on price. I guess they could offer it to customers but if they did that I am sure they would be putting the full size pull downs in.
