    Default 1991 SBC Townshouse fire separation

    Looking for the 1991 SBI code reference that required townhouse fire separation on a duplex constructed in 1994. My code books only go back to 1997 SBC, in that code the reference is 704.4 Townhouse fire separation.
    Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated.
