    This was damaged from Improper Storage prior to Installation .

    What color is it? Hard to tell from your photo, but it looks kind of bluish. If so, it could be spray paint from when they color-coded the edges.

    Damaged? I'm curious what "damage" could be cited?

    It's painted green... was likely on the top of the stack at the mill.

    Looked like it got wet and had inactive Mold Growth .
