Question Is this furnace vent pipe a problem?

At a house I plan to sell, an inspector noted the slope of this vent as it exits the horizontally mounted gas furnace in the attic. Is this small slope a problem? If so, what is the standard that is supposed to be followed?

Yes its supposed to slope up and away from the unit. Shouldn't be too hard to move it a bit.

Thanks, Jack. I was thinking of just pushing it up through the roof by another inch, maybe less. That's better than taking it apart, right?

Any problem with the length of the short horizontal adapter between the furnace and elbow?
