Commercial Building Pricing
Not sure if this the right category to place this but how would you price a commercial inspection of a 15000 sq ft. warehouse with a 3000 sq ft. office. Building is empty.

How long do you think you will be 'at the inspection' and how long will it take you to 'write the report'?

In my area pricing a commercial building is vague. I usually quote double what I would for a residential inspection. There is so much more to do; ADA, fire systems, egress, etc. Of course it also depends on the client, a large corporation gets the full fee, a small start-up gets a discount.
