    Default Vinyl siding under pavement

If vinyl siding to a slab attached garage is under pavement grading and the pavement is adjacent to the siding as well, does this pose a serious issue for moisture intrusion? Gutter and eaves are provided as well as a minor slope away from the garage siding that is submerged under the pavement.

    David,

As Aaron said, serious problems, one of which is it makes a great super highway for termites that you will never see.

Your description indicates to me that either the slab/foundation wall was not high enough above grade or that the grade has been raised over the years and created a problem.
